TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATING TO
SERVICES UNDERTAKEN AND PRODUCTS SUPPLIED AT A
DISCOUNTED PRICE
In accepting a BeautyPhoto Experience photo session at a
reduced price the client indicates acceptance of the following
terms and conditions.
Discounted sessions must take place within two months of
purchasing the voucher. They are generally booked on a short notice
basis (usually no more than seven days in advance and normally
Tuesday through Friday) but we will always try to accommodate a
client's requirements. If a certain day or days
of the week are required we are happy to take a provisional booking, and
contact the client up to seven days ahead of such an appointment
becoming available.
Discounted sittings/photo sessions will be undertaken by the
studio to the same degree of professionalism and with a similar
allocation of studio time as a conventionally booked full price
sitting, whether it be a makeover or a family sitting.
The minimum age is 18 unless accompanied by an adult. By
prior arrangement, the client may bring along a partner or other family
members, to partake in the sitting. Please note, however, that
only one makeover is included per voucher.
Multiple vouchers must be redeemed individually. Double
makeover sessions are outside the scope of this offer and should
be booked in the normal manner and at the normal price.
If a client is unable to attend an appointment they may cancel
once without loss of deposit providing 48 hours notice is given.
Rebooking after a second or subsequent cancellation, or where
less than 48 hours notice was given, may result in a surcharge
or further deposit being required to rebook. All deposits will
be refunded against the client's portrait order.
The client is under no obligation to buy portraits.
Same day viewings are available by prior arrangement.
Internet viewings are available upon payment of a deposit.
An enhanced on-line gallery is also available, displaying a
selection (of the client's choosing) of the images which have
been
purchased either as prints or as a digital portfolio. These
galleries will generally be maintained the studio free of charge for a period of up to six
weeks.
Copyright
The 1998 copyright act assigns full copyright of all images
to the creator. Under the terms of this agreement
however, the client is free to make copies of any image
supplied on disk, for their own personal use and/or publish
same on a personal web site. In return for this and
the special discounts offered and accepted, the client will
irrevocably assign all moral rights in the images to the
studio who may use them for display, commercial and
publicity purposes. In certain circumstances and upon
payment of the full list price of the session, photographs
and other services, the client may veto the above use of specific
images, providing such a request (in writing) and full
payment, is made within two weeks
of the photo shoot. If the client wishes to use any
image for commercial purposes they must first
obtain an extended usage licence. In most instances,
there will no additional charge for this.
