    Short-notice Appointments FAQ

    • How are you able to offer these promotional sessions, when they normally cost £85?

Firstly, because it is a promotion - and secondly, because by making the booking on a short-notice basis, you will be taking a slot in our diary which would otherwise go unsold.

    • Will I get a "cut-down" version of the session?

You get the full 90 minute makeover photo session (or a family sitting if you prefer)  and you'll be treated exactly the same as if you'd paid in the normal way.

    • Do I get free prints too?

Prints are not included in the session fee.  You will, however, be entitled to the same deals on our portrait products, as anyone else, including seasonal and quantity discounts.

    • Do I have to buy prints?

You are under no obligation.  However, we hope you like them enough to buy at least one.  After all, the whole point of anyone having a photo session is to end up with some beautiful pictures.
The pictures will be stunning and you will want to buy some - you've been warned!
Finished hand-print quality portraits ready for framing on the wall cost from £95. Folios and album collections from £195, smaller sized reprints from £15.
Images can also be purchased as a digital portfolio.  A price guide can be found on the main web site.

    • Why do I have to pay a booking deposit?

All our customers pay a refundable booking deposit.  We will have reserved the studio time for you and retained the services of a stylist. The booking deposit is a sign of good faith that you will turn up on the day and not change your mind last minute.

The deposit will be refunded to you at your viewing appointment or you can use to toward the purchase of your portraits or other services, in which case will will double the value!
