Portrait Photographer of the Year 2001!

AWARDS

Jayne and Chris Birchall earned a Merit award in the first ever judging of the new NATIONAL FUJIFILM DISTINCTIONS awards scheme.  Their portrait 'Proud Dad' was one of only 28 Merits out of 1,350 entries.

The studio has featured in the national Kodak Portrait Awards awards for the last five years, collecting numerous merits and quarterly wins.  Twice they have made the final and in January last year scooped the title Kodak UK Open Portrait Photographer of the Year with their portrait 'Tiger Lilly'

With the national awards scheme in mind we intend undertaking some more ambitious experimental work.
